Have you ever thought about how we interpret spatial relationships in the world around us and also how we take our interpretations for granted. Well, artist Alexa Meade has decided to jolt us out of this state by creating a perceptual shift in a way that is completely innovative!

While most artists use acrylic paint to paint on canvas, more importantly, to paint portraits of people on canvas, artist Alexa Meade has decided to completely turn the concept around on its head! She uses acrylic paint to paint on people to make them look like art on canvas.

Of course, people are not the only things she paints on- she also uses other three dimensional objects- but just look at the pictures below to see for yourself the stunning effect she is able to create. And, while you are at it, don’t forget to notice the kind of reaction her art gets from onlookers!

Many people are fascinated by monkeys. Perhaps the entire evolution of monkeys to become what man is today is part of the reason for their fascination. Tattoos of monkeys have always been a concept that many people have incorporated in their tattooing design. The concept of monkeys doing what man does today is something that never fails to amuse anyone. In addition to this, putting any animal in man’s clothes can be a hilarious picture. The monkey is also the ninth symbol of the Chinese and it is said to be one of the most versatile symbols of the Chinese zodiac. People belonging to this zodiac tend to be mischievous and creative geniuses at the same time. They also make great entertainers and inventors. Some famous people who were of this Chinese zodiac include Rod Stewart, Elizabeth Taylor, Ian Fleming, Tom Hanks, Martin Shaw and Victor Borge.
