In London in the Tobacco Dock was 5th international festival of tattooing “London Tattoo Convention”. At the convention, attended by around 200 tattoo artists from different countries and a large number of disparate audience. Participants do tattoos, listen to music and watch performances of artists, dancers and musicians.
